Thank you for choosing Rest Food Manager. We aim to provide high-quality services and software to our customers. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.


1. General Refund Policy

  • All sales for digital products, services, or software licenses are final.

  • Refunds are only considered under specific conditions mentioned below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

a. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same product or service, you can request a refund. Proof of duplicate transaction is required.

b. Technical Issues (Software)

If the Rest Food Manager software does not work due to a major technical issue and our team fails to fix the problem, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

c. Wrong Product Purchase

If you purchased the wrong plan or package by mistake, you must inform us within 24 hours. Approval depends on usage status.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services already delivered

  • Custom development work

  • Monthly/annual subscription after usage

  • Issues caused by third-party hosting, internet, or system errors

  • Training or support sessions already completed

  • Software misuse or installation on unsupported systems


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide your transaction details (invoice, payment ID, etc.)

  3. Clearly explain the reason for the refund request

  4. Wait for verification and approval


5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, no partial or remaining-days refund will be issued.

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
